  • Start walking more than taking lifts from parents and / or public transport
  • Join after school sports clubs - football, rugby, netball, dance ect
  • Go on daily walks / runs

Taking Time For Yourself

Being a teenager is a very stressful part of your life. Education takes up a lot of your time but it is important tot take time for yourself as well. 

You need to do things that you enjoy in able to refresh yourself for the next day. This could include, spending time with friends or family, reading a book or doing something creative. Time for yourself is important to your mental health because everybody needs some time to themselves!
