You can take care of your mental well-being in a variety of ways to which ever suits your personal preferences, such as journaling your thoughts, plans and feelings daily, setting realistic goals or spending quality time with your loved ones

Journaling - Keeping a note of your thoughts and feelings is a very positive way to keep your mind healthy. Keeping a diary can be a way of expressing your feelings without having to physically talk to somebody about it. It is beneficial to journal daily and keep track of your thoughts, feelings and plans.

Goal Setting - Setting yourself personal and realistic goals can be a very positive way to maintain a healthy mental wellbeing level. Set yourself realistic goals that are achievable within a specific period of time. For example, revise for 10 minutes a day. This leads to you feeling proud of yourself when you reach that target.

Quality Time - Spending time with your loved ones can be really effective on you. It isn't just enjoyable in the moment but it leaves you feeling happier and loved. You can also spend this time or talk about how you are feeling mentally.
